Is LibRets 1.6.3 compatible with C# .Net Core 8 or greater?

I've using Librets for year, but the initial build was for .NET Framework. I wonder if I can move it to C# .Net Core 8.0?

No, to my knowledge it is not compatible with .NET 8. I started writing a .NET "Core" version a while back but I don't really know where the industry is at the moment. Is RETS still pretty widely used or are more MLS's using web APIs now?
