Just an FYI.......Even though the Real Estate Industry began implementing the RETS Standard around 2005, there is still a lot of variation in the mappings from one MLS to the next. In the last several years, many have replaced it with 3rd party hosting companies like MLS Grid who use a true OAuth2 API delivered in JSON. Your question depends upon knowing which MLS you want to pull from.
