Add example runners in continuous integration #78
Description
Previously, most examples were somewhat complicated to run. However, with the release of Hercules v2 and the associated branch on WHOC, the Hercules v2 examples can be run in pure python. We should add a continuous integration workflow to run those examples that are pure python for more streamlined testing.
