Add docker images for other platforms

Add docker images for Windows/Mac if possible. This would be useful for testing and would provide more options to software developers.

+1 for Windows, which could be helpful for Autodesk Revit work.

We can test to confirm Docker on Windows and see if this functionality already exists. Docker is always running Linux, so on Mac and Windows it is on virtual machine
