CI has been broken for 3 months

The 22.04 is consistently failing due to glibc abi problems at least.

The strange thing is we actually don't have pushed the 2204 based bauild to docker container AFAIK ... The build now is even still under mannually..

Begs the question of why the nightly OS SDK build for 22.04 triggers a workflow dispatch to build the docker then
