the BLOCKCHAIN_URL is not available right now. Was it mandatory to run the chain voting?
mvn spring-boot:run is complaining about aviete.nadqchain.com
Is there some way to test this app?
http://localhost:8080/index.html gives empty Unspent Outputs.
