发现两个问题

### What happened?

问题1：“inkos write next 书名”写第一章之后，再写第二章时，会变成第81章。我测试从0.5.1到1.0.2，都有这个问题。
问题2：“inkos studio”进到控制台中，书籍列表中书名后三个点，点出来的菜单不全。
