No application

After a long time of coming back i tried to redownload this but its not giving me no application or anything idk what to do i downleded from the green code button and extracted am i using the wrong extractor or something I don't remember it being this hard before

Download VS2022, open the .sln file, do the build, get the result in DanbooruDownloader\DanbooruDownloader3\bin
