Separate export formats into directories (upon config, maybe?)

It would really be cool if a user could specify that several output formats are separated from each other in dedicated folders in the output directory.
Dedicated doc root pointers and different behavior for further processing (think rst rendering) would be easier then.

This sort of has a tangent to the linking strategy that's being used - when building links we have to be able to assume that for example a VH documentation page is located in a particular place. If then an exporter wants to write files in different locations, it would have to handle the different linking strategy manually anyway.

You can then use the additional resource building methods to manipulate the links so if for example you click "RST Documentation" from a VH page, you'll be taken to a URL with an anchor, and the page shows all ViewHelpers but jumps you to the right anchor on the page.

I'm not sure there should be other ways of cross-linking between formats, other than these "additional resource" methods. But perhaps I'm missing something about the use case?
