dicretizeation

We have to add 'discretize', F, where F is a function handle to devide the dataset [hsClass, hBest] stands for hs1 and best fit (index of fit), i tried something like  @(x,tau) [x x >= tau], but this cause it to fail.
I'm not sure what we should use, we have to extract a match but what if more values match?
