we got feedback from OTI and Microsoft on our architecture. the POC project issue #1807 has details and our architecture diagrams are in docs/diagrams/
we have a OTI ticket about just a storage account but seems like we should submit a new one about the entire architecture to align with the full cost estimate we generated
