• Segment locational status - the prod tool incorrectly uses 2010 census tracts in determining a specific code here instead of 2020. We've matched prod for now, but this should be updated
• atomic polygon-related fields - we should lower the two foot offset generated and used in joining adjacent polygons. There are tons of records that would be affected by lowering this offset, and we should generate a report with some screenshots to show GR/GSS that we could get more accurate info by joining these more precisely
