SigLIP2 Adaptor Weights

Recently PR #142 was merged, but is SigLIP2 supported to be used as an adaptor on top of the RADIO model, as used in

RADIO/hubconf.py

The weights are not available it seems as this ValueError is raised when trying to specify 'SipLIP2' as the adaptor:

Hello,

The only models with SigLIP2 adaptor support at the brand new C-RADIOv3 models. These new models are the best models we've produced to date, and have a commercially viable license, so I hope that they suit your needs.
