Convert the checkpoint saved by flax to .pth

Thanks for your excellent work and published code! About the checkpoint trained by the Score SDE (published by song yang), how can we transfer the checkpoint save by flax.training.checkpoints.save_checkpoint to the checkpoint which can be loaded by torch?

You can use the checkpoints from https://github.com/yang-song/score_sde_pytorch#pretrained-checkpoints without worrying about converting flax to pytorch.
