Basic 02 stuck on Add Python Packages even after adding

I've repeated this workflow a couple times but the tutorial still hangs with

Waiting for you to add package.

The code that correctly failed before this step now succeeds:

numpy and plotly both show up, via pip, in Project Container.

A restart does not address.
Any tips on how to proceed?
