Feature Summary
Add a way to provision Kueue in the overlays
Problem/Use Case
Kueue is a job scheduling solution and gaining a lot of traction in the community.
It would be good to have a way to automatically set this up for AI/ML use cases
Proposed Solution
Similar to how KubeFlow or KAIScheduler are options, Kueue should be an option and it should use helm charts and provide ways to configure Kueue.
Success Criteria
Overlays for Kueue.
Ability to install Kueue as an option
