Improve multicore performance #4
Description
The k_means_figure function regularly (but not always) fails during GO enrichment analysis when setting cores > 1. If cores = 1 this is never an issue, but parallelization would save a substantial amount of time. I have a feeling this is simply an issue with opening multiple connections simultaneously or with multiple instances accessing the same file, but I have so far found no solution. @mxposed, maybe you have some idea? I will share the error message(s) if I can reproduce.
