URDB Rate Selection Crash on Mac

With the 2025.10.27 ME beta release on MacOS 26.0.1, the URDB rate selection crashes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run 2025.10.27 ME beta release
2. Create a Marine Wave / Single owner case
3. Go to Electricity Purchases page and select "Use retail electricity rate(s)"
4. Click "Search for rates..." button
5. Enter "80401" and "Search by zip code" button
6. Click "Public Service Co of Colorado"
7. Hard crash with report

This is also an issue in the SAM 2025.4.16 official release and can be replicated from a Detailed PV / Residential case.
