On the grid interconnection limits

I think it would be useful to set the grid limits as an array instead of a fixed value.

This is because the grid interconnection limit might change over the n years of the lifetime period. So The ideal would be to have an array with n values.

Thanks for the suggestion @FrannCri ! We will add it to our wishlist! It may be that there is some project work this year that might allow us to enable that.

One application for this is for long-duration storage analysis for a region such as the U.K. with boundary limits that are expected to change over a period of years.

Consider implications on other inputs: Curtailment may need to be converted from a single-year array to a lifetime array.
