BDO foam still uses open foam 6

• Add BDOFoam version compatible with Open Foam 9 (in BioReactorDesign//OFsolvers)
• update the docs accordingly (https://github.com/NREL/BioReactorDesign/blob/b331b4b179b225c53efa0759aa2a714d22a823e5/docs/source/troubleshoot.rst)
• add documentation for how to install it (see ./Allwmake fails to find the location for including phaseSystem.H etc #93) along with a small tutorial (would tick one box in Missing tutorials #106)
• add CI test for installing bdoFoam and test it on your tutorial (should be able to mimic the way birdmultiphaseEulerFoam is tested)
