New feature proposal to SNAP - component deactivation #118

Hello all!
I was wondering whether it is possible to implement a simple feature to SNAP, with which some components could be excluded from the simulation. Sometimes it would be nice to deactivate a component or a set of components without having to delete them. This spares some time and eliminates potential errors when rebuilding the 'deleted/deactivated' systems.
