Split jet process runcards to maximise statistics in all bins

Split up jet runcards for

• ATLAS_1JET_8TEV_R06,
• ATLAS_2JET_7TEV_R06 (commit e7deef0, probably needs the pole cancellation check disabled),
• CMS_2JET_7TEV (commits 2bd1c06 and 961490a) and
• CMS_2JET_8TEV_3D.

The last one has low priority, since I won't be included in the NNPDF4.0 fit. See also #105, which is used instead.

Each of them has to checked again, see also #71, #69, #67 and #70.
