Description

I would like to request the addition of a Chinese README with language switching functionality, allowing users to freely switch between Chinese and English versions.

Motivation

• Provide better reading experience for Chinese users
• Lower the barrier for Chinese developers to understand the project
• Expand the project's influence in the Chinese community
• Follow internationalization best practices
