Expand overview of metabolome metadata fields?

Dear all,

in the scope of checking GSC references during the sprint, I've had a look at the metabolome metadata fields
These are not derived/ updated according to GSC standards (or at least not that I could figure out). I've tried to find an overview of metadata schemas/ fields on MetaboLights, but they don't provide a similar type of overview that we are trying to create. Also, the explanations for individual metadata fields are IMO lacking in explanations).

I've sifted through the provided sources from our github page and downloaded a few metadata tables to get an overview.

My suggestions:

• Create a more detailed overview of potential metadata fields in the metabolome sector
• Find experts to review and give suggestions on minimalyl required metadata fields
• include these as more specific sub-metadata fields in the overview (e.g. as expansion to the currently listed experimental protocol fields
