Molecules generated from mol file

• The chirality is not always detected correctly (if one uses openbabel to generate the molecules structures from the mol, it can detect more stereo bonds) try mol from this link
• When the user provides a mol file, they still get the option to edit the molecule in the strucutre editor, but the changes are not saved, we need to either restrict the edit or allow them to add a new structure from the edits
