[BUG] GOD Mode - Deleted Listing: Can Attempt to Publish Deleted Listing but Receives 400 Error

Summary

In GOD Mode / Super Admin, deleted listings remain visible on the dashboard with a Deleted status. Users can edit these listings and attempt to publish them, but the request fails with a 400 Error. This is misleading and indicates improper handling of deleted listings in the frontend.

Preconditions:

• Logged in as a GOD Mode / Super Admin user (https://nearn-app-staging.onrender.com/t/userqa/)
• A listing exists and is deleted (status: Deleted).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in as a GOD Mode user.
2. Navigate to the listings dashboard.
3. Locate a listing with Deleted status.
4. Click Edit and make any change.
5. Attempt to Publish the listing.

Actual Result:

The request fails with a 400 Error.
Backend rejects request; action is blocked but the UI is misleading.

Expected Result:

Deleted listings should not be editable or publishable.
The UI should prevent actions on deleted listings and/or display a proper warning message.

Special notes:

Possible Root Cause:

Frontend allows editing of deleted listings.
Backend validation rejects fields for deleted listings but the UI doesn’t prevent the action.
