Custom input fields when creating a character.

Config option to choose what input field should be in the character creator menu. These fields can have callbacks or be set to metadata on the character.

Currently input fields are static on the ui, it would be better to let the server choose what the want. Potentially add different types of inputs.

In the Character UI, make it so we can re-arrange our characters or even potentially have categories for easier management of characters
