Reach 90% code coverage

Right now, to successfully validate that the library is working as intended, we should have at least 90% of code coverage, and ideally 100%. This also includes expanding functionality to cover handling end to end testing, even if its for things we will not directly handle, such as encoding/decoding shr:/ URLs.

Currently, test coverage is at 54%
