Get NCEAS Staff Added to NCEAS GitHub Org

Summary

Because this committee's task-management system lives in the NCEAS GitHub org (github.com/NCEAS), committee members need to be members of the org in order to edit the issues/participate with the GitHub project/etc.

Starting Tasks

• Gather list of current NCEAS employees who (1) have a GitHub account, and (2) are not members of the NCEAS GitHub org
• Send that list to Matt Jones / Nick Outin / Jim Regetz to get them added
  • At time of writing, those three are the owners of the NCEAS GH org
• Follow-up with all invited people to accept the invite before it expires
• Amend onboarding documents to include 'make a GitHub profile and get added to the NCEAS org'

Just made a GoogleSheet (see here) to start gathering peoples' GitHub usernames and whether they're in the NCEAS GitHub already or not.
