Section 8.4: Adding host argument to usethis::create_github_token() 

In section 8.4, Step 1 can be updated to: 
1. Run ```usethis::create_github_token(host = 'https://github.nceas.ucsb.edu/')```

So that it opens the enterprise github account and not github.com
