Outdated Weblink for User Guide #5
Description
In the README file, it states that the user guide for RIP can be found at http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/mm5/documents/ripug_V4.html.
This URL is currently not maintained and is a dead link (Tested on 05/08/2022). The current user guide is located at https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/docs/ripug.htm which can be found on the WRF-ARW User's Page https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/download/get_sources_pproc_util.html.
Request that the link be updated to reflect the current location of user guide for RIP.
