💡 Description

AOSS is working OK, but it is becoming costly to scale for the amount of workloads we are encountering. And it really isn't scaling at all. We seem to be hitting it's max OCUs every few weeks. We need to check back in on this and determine if it is actually worth the cost.

Why was the task delayed?

Delayed start due to delays in NASA-PDS/planetary-data-cloud#117.

What is the impact of the delay?

This task must be completed in this build cycle. We will closely monitor developer capacity to determine if tasks later in the build schedule will need to be deferred.
