Seletive_scan_cuda build error

GPU: RTX 3080 10GB
Environment: WSL2 Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
How to produce:
When I have set up all environment in instructions, I cd kernels\selective_scan and pip install . and following error output occurred:

I verified my torch installation by:
