Improve TPS stability and add reporting

For more consistent and meaningful benchmarks we need to consider implementing:

• configurable target TPS and accounts to use for signing the transactions in the test (see how we did already in STPS )
• CLI/file reporting - a way to make it possible to run CI regression TPS tests.
