pushC2GRPC.proto is missing

pushC2GRPC.proto used to generate MythicContainer/grpc/services/pushC2GRPC* and MythicContainerPyPi/mythic_container/grpc/pushC2GRPC* is missing.
I would like to create a rust client and having the source would ease development a lot.

No problem! https://github.com/its-a-feature/Mythic/tree/master/mythic-docker/src/grpc/services it's here. It's just part of the main repo is all instead of having it duplicated a bunch of times. I can also update the readme for this one and the PyPi repo to mention this and link to it
