Cleanmgr is not installed! #1

Hi,
I'm trying to run this on Win10 machines but geting the following error:
Cleanmgr is not installed! To use this portion of the script you must install the following windows features:
Desktop-Experience, Ink-Handwriting
As far as I can see, "Desktop-Experience & Ink-Handwriting" are for Server only and cleanmgr.exe is located where the script is looking ($env:SystemRoot\System32\cleanmgr.exe) on my Win10 machines.
Any ideas?
