"nslcd" service isn't available on RHEL 5

The code assumes

$ldap_services = ['nslcd']

for all distributions of Red Hat and ensures that $ldap_services is enabled, started. Unfortunately, 'nslcd' package/daemon isn't available on RHEL 5.
