Clock settings UI is messy

This had things tacked onto it until it became the mess that it is now. It's probably possible to reorganize this in a way that makes it more clear what's the big text vs what's underneath the main clock. For example, right now you have two options "percentage clock" and "show a percentage of your completion of the day", which do slightly different things but aren't really distinguishable. Also the day start/end time things are just randomly there, it should probably be grouped with the progress checkboxes/hidden if they aren't relevant.

This doesn't look as bad on other operating systems; however, that isn't an excuse - we still need to make it nicer
