Binary packaging #10
Description
Upstream compiles and releases binaries. I'd like to see this fork to do the same, in order to migrate Mantl from hyperkube/podmaster to the current documented HA setup.
To migrate the control plane, I'll need at least
- kube-apiserver
- kube-controller-manager
- kube-scheduler
- kubectl
