A pop-up requiring running pm grant is missing in version 3.0-rc1

When changing settings the app simply crashes when version 2.3 showed a notification with the required pm grant command, albeit it wasn't complete.

Please bring the pop-up back and update it to:

adb shell pm grant io.github.muntashirakon.setedit android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

Lastly, you could also show this message:

"Certain Android ROMs need to have a developer feature "Disable Permission Monitoring" enabled".
