Window Size is Resetting in Every Launch

Describe the bug
Despite adjusting the window in every session, when I close and reopen the application, it defaults to full screen and the previous size settings are lost.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Resize window, adjust size.
2. Simply close and reopen
3. You will see it will be launched as fullscreen and your previous size settings are lost.

Expected behavior
The software should remember the size settings made by the user and should not open in full screen if it was not closed in full screen.
