in wiz mode new groups only show up after ots restart

In wiz mode, after creating a new group, the new group doesn't show up in group view (not in the list, not in the search, also not in "all"). They do show up when I restart ots with "ots --wiz". In normal mode, the groups don't show up for me, but no OTS restart is needed; I only need to open a new config window.
