ots (--wiz) crash with "corrupted" tables

I accidentially created a table with a link to a ChildLink-XXX that was not matching the XXX in the corresponding ChildLinkGroupID-XXXX. This crashes ots --wiz mode and prevents it from starting up. I think we should ensure ots --wiz keeps running if that happens and we show a warning. See the attachment for the error and resulting seg fault.
