Thanks for reminding me. So there appears to be a gradual transition from using resource: and chrome: protocols to using moz-src: instead, and while this only affects CustomizableUI right now (as far as the loader is concerned), I thought it would be useful to add a helper function to more easily handle scenarios where the resource path could vary between Firefox versions.

So in 2b4ac63 (loader version 0.10.8) I added a new function to utils.sys.mjs that can be used like this:

If the primary import fails a warning is logged, but if the secondary also fails, well there not really any way we could deal with that except to throw an Error.
