Make matching (and blocking) multi-threaded.

This issue can be broken down too several one for each major matching/blocking algorithm.
This issue depends on the issue about making transformations multi-thread safe.
Newer versions of OpenEMPI contain "high performance" matching/blocking module which basically is a multi-thread capable import.
