Confirming double column is good/intentional on surveys?

I kinda like the double-column, especially when we get lucky and the 'if other, please list' questions are on the right :-) However, the ordering feels a little ambiguous (zig-zag or all left, then all right) as a user.

Hey @mstephani Lets change this back to one column. Its a bit confusing as far as the order of the fields and when there is only one question it only takes up half the page and looks broken.
