CpGs in CalcAllPCClocks.RData

Hi

I could not find the actual CpGs vectors, do we need to make a list from my own datMeth data, and there is a command called " load(file = paste(path_to_PCClocks_directory,"CalcAllPCClocks.RData", sep = ""))" in the calcPCClocks function, I do not knwo how to find the CalcAllPCClocks.RData or do I need to create one on my own?
