Dagger -> Koin for KMP and Kotlin 2 support

My issues with Dagger include:

• [KSP2] Dagger and Hilt incompatibility with KSP2 google/dagger#4303
• KMP version of Dagger? google/dagger#3916

E.g. implement something along the lines of InsertKoinIO/koin#472

Just in case, it helps; I found that it was easier to switch from Dagger to Kotlin-inject (and vice versa)
