Compatibility issue with Roid Macros regarding key bindings.

When binding keys to macros 1 to 36, the keybinds do nothing if Roid Macros is installed. Binding keys to SuperMacro 1 to 10 seems to work normally.

The bindings.wtf file shows `bind MOUSEWHEELUP SM_MACRO19` normally, but it only activates on MOUSEWHEELUP input if Roid Macros is disabled.
