"no such file" error when accessing model files with spaces in the filenames

When creating a new model, if any of the new files (tested with .cellml and .csv) have a space in their filenames then you are unable to view the contents of those files on the Web Lab (other files in the same model that do not contain a space in their filenames are still accessible) and you can't edit the metadata for .cellml files that contain spaces in their filenames
